SEND Hearts is a peer support group for neurodivergent women and parents of neurodivergent children. The group offers warm, friendly spaces where you can make connections and feel understood. SEND Hearts wants everyone to feel safe, supported, and included.
They run workshops on topics like:
- Working together as SEND parents
- Intersectionality. This is about how different parts of who you are (like race, gender, class, or sexuality) can overlap and affect your life
- Disability, autism, and complex needs
- Learning about the SEND community with clear, gentle information
All sessions are based on lived experience. They focus on learning together without any judgment.
