Thomas's Fund provides music therapy to individuals aged 0 to 19, living in Northamptonshire, who have life limiting conditions and/or complex needs, who are unable to attend school/ pre-school settings for prolonged periods due to illness. They provide therapy in the home, and also work on the children's wards at Northampton General Hospital and Kettering General Hospital. Referrals can be made directly or through healthcare or education professionals. Please contact them via email to discuss and they will send you the link to their online referral. The service is provided free of charge to those who meet their criteria. Thomas's Fund is a registered charity (no. 1123075).
