The Frank Bruno Foundation helps people who are dealing with mental health problems. It gives support and encouragement to help them feel better about themselves, build confidence, and learn skills like discipline and resilience. These skills can help in everyday life.
Box-Able is a safe and fun place for anyone aged 18 and over with special educational needs or disabilities (SEND). People can try boxing, get fit, and enjoy themselves.
There are also other activities for people who don’t want to join the gym. This means everyone has a chance to meet new people and make friends.
