Description

The Down's Syndrome Association (DSA) provide information and support for people with down syndrome, their families and carers, and professionals who work with them. They strive to improve knowledge of the condition, and champion the rights of people with down syndrome. The DSA's activities and services include:

WorkFit®

WorkFit is the Down’s Syndrome Association’s employment programme. It brings together job-seekers who have Down’s syndrome and employers. It is a tailored service dedicated to training employers about the learning profile of people who have Down’s syndrome so that they can be supported in the workplace. WorkFit also aims to progress employees in their careers by supporting them to expand their experience and learn new skills through training and opportunities for professional development.
