Little People UK

Little People UK  (LPUK) was co-founded in January 2012 by actor Warwick Davis, his wife Samantha, and a group of individuals with the same goal; to offer friendship and support to people with dwarfism, their families and friends, and help build a positive future for those individuals.

They provide support and information to people of short stature and their families. They are dedicated to improving the quality of life for people with dwarfism while celebrating with great pride, little people’s contribution to social diversity. 

Each year they hold two events, which give members a chance to meet up and take part in activities and workshops, to provide them with knowledge related to dwarfism, and also create an equal social environment where difference and ability are irrelevant, ensuring a positive and supportive future is being created.They have produced a number of awareness raising documents, such as videos, leaflets and posters, with information regarding medical and social issues relating to dwarfism, to be distributed to the medical profession and also the wider public. 

LPUK strives to bring solutions to global awareness to the prominent issues affecting individuals of short stature and their families and provide information and resources to see the community and the medical profession.
