NHFT - iDiscover

iDiscover is a community of children, young people and those who support them in Northamptonshire. It is here to inspire you to explore who you are, grow as a person and learn new things with a range of free and fun activities, resources and information.

iDiscover is a safe place where everyone is accepted. As well as learning new skills and developing the skills you already have, it’s a place to connect with others as part of a friendly and supportive community.

iDiscover aims to help you feel more in control of your health, your wellbeing and your life – and it has been created with young people, for young people.

iDiscover activities can include workshops, courses, webinars and more. Some are available online and some in person – but all are completely free to attend. Any young person in Northamptonshire under the age of 25 years old can attend iDiscover activities. Family members, carers and those who support someone under the age of 25 can also attend.

If you are interested in joining the iDiscover community, the first step is to register with iDiscover. This provides the information NHFT need to keep you safe and make sure they can give you all the support you need.

iDiscover activities are free to any young person in Northamptonshire under the age of 25 years old, family members, carers and those who support someone under the age of 25.
