Daventry Phoenix Sports Academy (DPSA)

The Daventry Phoenix Sports Academy (DPSA) offers state-of-the-art facilities. The centre provides a range of sport and exercise services, and runs various events throughout the year.

The Daventry Phoenix Sports Academy is fully accessible, with a wheelchair-friendly access lift, and toilets, showers, and changing areas on both the upper and lower levels (including male and female disabled facilities).

The centre offers Rebound Therapy, which uses floor-level trampolines to develop key movement skills. It is particularly suitable for people with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, sensory impairments, and autism (ASD). Rebound Therapy is used to facilitate movement, promote balance, promote an increase (or decrease) in muscle tone, promote relaxation, promote sensory integration, and improve exercise tolerance. A consultation meeting will be held before classes begin. This class is open on Monday: 2:00 – 2:45 Thursday: 9:15 – 10:00 and 5:00 – 6:00.
