Description
Karma Kids Yoga Therapy gives children tools to help create a calm and balanced state within themselves. This is done through the art of yoga, meditation, relaxation, stories, music and games. By giving children these tools to help self manage their emotions they are in a better state to deal with whatever expectations life may bring, whether this be at school, home, with friends or family. Yoga equipment is provided.
Children aged 8-12 years: Saturdays (9.30-10.30pm), Moulton Community Centre. £11 per drop-in session (packages available)
Children aged 3-7 years: Saturdays (10:30-11:30am), Moulton Community Centre, £10 per drop-in session (packages available)
