How to contact this service

Description

If you have any concerns or suspicions about a child's safety, contact the free NSPCC helpline and speak to a counsellor. It's open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You can choose to remain anonymous. The helpline can be contacted via phone, text, online, email and SignVideo. It provides:

  • support for adults who are worried about a child
  • advice for parents and carers
  • consultations with professionals
  • information about child protection and the NSPCC

The counsellor will listen to your concerns, offer advice and support, and can take action on your behalf if a child is in danger.
