Description
The REACH Collaborative consists of five highly-regarded agencies. They offer FREE, professional, and confidential counselling for young people aged 5-25. Their services cover North and West Northamptonshire. The REACH Collaborative is funded by the Integrated Care Board (ICB) and Public Health.

Other services:
Drop-in Cafés: Nine drop-in cafés provide safe and welcoming spaces for young people to access free mental health support. Open Monday to Saturday, each café offers compassionate care. Check opening times and locations to find one near you.
Happy Heads: Support for those under 11 years old to build confidence and resilience. Also supports with transitioning from primary to secondary school.
Re:Start: Re:Start supports young people (aged 16-25) on their mental health journey. It offers guidance, practical support, and connections to services. It helps those transitioning from CAMHS or hoping to move forward with their mental well-being.
The Northamptonshire Support after Suicide Service: Provides guidance and support to families bereaved by suicide. Both emotional and practical support is offered (including signposting). All referrals have to come from the coroner, and the service works with people of any age.
Emotional Coaching: A research-based approach that helps parents and carers support children during emotional distress. Through group sessions or one-on-one coaching, it fosters empathy, emotional regulation, and harmony. It aims to help create calmer, more connected families.
LGBTQ+ Youth Groups: Meet other like minded young people, have some fun, and make new friends.
