Description

Phab is a national charity that supports social activities and sports for children and adults in England and Wales. Their programmes are fully-inclusive and can be accessed by everyone.

Phab was founded on the principle that people with disabilities and non-disabled people should have an opportunity to share in a programme of exciting activities on equal terms.

The Northampton Phab Club aims to provide a safe and fun environment where members (aged 18+) can meet new friends, gain confidence, and try new and exciting activities. It offers a range of activities including arts and crafts, games and quizzes, discos, music, and themed nights.

There are regular visits from local groups such as Guide Dogs for the Blind, the St John's Ambulance, and various other groups of interest (as requested by members).

The Northampton Phab Club enjoys trips and events, such as an evening at Pizza Hut, helicopter rides, local fetes, and a boat trip with lunch.

Phab is a registered charity (no. 283931).
