Beat is dedicated to helping people with anorexia nervosa, bulimia, binge eating disorder, emotional overeating, EDNOS, and other eating disorders. They offer helplines, online support, and information services. Their online support groups and regional support services allow people to talk to others with similar experiences, helping them to feel less alone with their eating disorder.
Beat campaigns for policy change and to improve health service practice. They educate professionals and the public about eating disorders and offer awareness training in schools and workplaces.
