Kooth is a digital mental health service. It partners with NHS and local authority organisations to deliver mental health support to young people.

Kooth is for all young people - whatever their background, whatever their situation.

A Safe Space - With help always available, young people create their own journey to better mental health.

  • Explore feelings through journalling 
  • Set personal goals and chart progress
  • Try a therapeutic mini activity

One-to-One Professional Help - Kooth has a UK team of more than 200 trained counsellors and mental health practitioners.

  • Drop-in live text chat, or therapeutic messaging with the Kooth team
  • Design action plans built around individual needs
  • Find out about other services and get referred where appropriate

Self-Guided Learning - Explore a world of youth-focused, clinically validated, safe, pre-moderated content

  • Learn about life experiences and how to manage them
  • Join communities of like-minded people, with similar challenges, to share feelings and offer support
