Description
SEN-Stars runs fitness and movement sessions for children with additional needs. Each session is planned carefully and partly led by the children. Activities are adapted to suit the needs and energy levels of the group.
SEN-Stars uses fun and interactive games to help children develop physical skills. These games also build confidence and make exercise enjoyable. Every session takes place in a safe and supportive space. Children can feel comfortable and included.
Parents/carers must stay with their child during the session.
