The LIVE team offers bespoke support. They help people achieve goals relating to employment, volunteering, and independence.
You can use this service if you are over 18 and have eligible needs (as per the Care Act 2014).
What the Service Can Do for You
The LIVE team places the individual at the centre of their support. It works with people to help them achieve their goals and aspirations. It offers:
- job and volunteer placement searching
- skills development
- CV writing
- job coaching
- independent travel training
- employer engagement and employer support
- interview techniques and preparation
How to Get this Service
A social care professional must refer you to the service.
