Short Breaks for Disabled Children and Young People - NHFT

Description
NHFT's short breaks for disabled children and young people offers a residential respite facility for children with disabilities who have either a diagnosis of autism, complex health needs, and/or complex behaviour. There are two locations in the county. The specialist service provides a structured environment and nursing care, giving parents and carers the opportunity to ‘recharge their batteries’ while knowing their child is in a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment.
NB this contract will be managed by Action for Children from November 2024
