Description
RISE SPACE helps young people aged 7 to 25 with learning, life skills, and personal growth. Support is planned around each young person's needs, helping them learn in a way that works for them.
In North Northants, the WILD provision (link) offers activities with animals, horses, and outdoor learning. These programmes help young people build confidence, learn new skills, and improve their wellbeing.
RISE SPACE has settings in Bedford and Aylesbury (link) for young people aged 16 and over. They offer courses and work experience opportunities. The Bedford college offers BTEC Level 1 courses in Esports and Hair and Beauty. Both settings also run the RISE IGNITE programme (link) for young people aged 14 to 16, as well as outreach support (link) and work placement programmes.
Some young people won't be ready to attend in person. For those, RISE SPACE offers RISE STREAM (link) - an online learning programme that can be accessed from home.
