Description
Young Epilepsy is a UK charity dedicated to creating better lives for children and young people with epilepsy and related conditions.
They provide diagnosis and rehabilitation for children and young people with epilepsy. They also undertake research into the condition and how it can be treated.
Young Epilepsy's specialist services include a school, a college, and residential services providing education and healthcare for children and young people with epilepsy and other neurological conditions.
They also provide a range of support and information for parents, children, and young people, and training for professionals. The charity campaigns for better access to (and better quality of) health and education services. It also raises awareness and increases understanding of epilepsy.
If you would like to know more about epilepsy, treatments, causes, or medication - contact the Young Epilepsy helpline. Talk privately with their experienced team in complete confidence. Phone 01342 831342 (Monday-Friday, 9am-3pm) or email [email protected].
