Northamptonshire Hub

Action for Happiness Hubs are local groups. Volunteers share resources and help their community. They work with schools, health services, and other groups.

The Northamptonshire Hub is run by volunteers. They want to help people feel better. They support Champions, Volunteers, and the Community of Practice (CoP). They help make Northamptonshire happier and kinder.

What They Do:

• Champions Training – Teaches people how to talk about happiness and inspire change.
• Volunteer Training – Helps volunteers lead groups and teach Happiness Habits.
• Community of Practice – A place to share ideas and learn together.

Their Approach:

• Evidence-Based Wellbeing – Uses the 10 Keys to Happier Living to give simple ways to feel better.
• Community-Led Action – Helps volunteers lead projects that spread happiness.
