Refreshments available free of charge at all groups. Access to Occupational Therapist who can provide advice and support if required. All groups are free of charge to those attending.Public Living Room is an open, no agenda space for people to drop in and share time, read the paper and have a chat.Wellbeing groups are drop in groups providing information, wellbeing talks and activities.Cognition Cafe provides activities known to be positive for memory, thinking, problem solving and concentration in a relaxed and informal format.
