Premier League Kicks inspires children and young people to achieve their potential and improve their wellbeing; working together to build stronger, safer and more inclusive communities.

When arrived will be meet by volunteers who will help them to the have a cup of tea, coffee and introduce the new people to our existing members. We have a programme of activates, usually start with an activation session in chairs or using equipment to get people moving. After the activation we will have a games using boccia, curling, skittles. Bing and stand up bingo is another activation activity which is popular. Once a month we have a guest speaker, singer, fitness activator to the group. we have people in our group are excellent at card making, weeks before Christmas, Easter there will be card making on Christmas cards and at Easter, Easter cards. If people don't mind sharing their skills we will use them, if they don't now problem . we have personnel from the Trust and Northampton Town given talks about their roles at Northampton Town.
