Description
Community First Responders (CFRs) are volunteers who help with emergencies before an ambulance arrives. Volunteers are trained to perform life-saving skills like CPR and using a defibrillator. We respond to 999 calls in the local community, provide early patient care, and help stabilise patients until an ambulance arrives. We also support local events by providing first aid cover and CPR training to local groups.
