Description
Northamptonshire Young Carers Service provides support for Young Carers aged 5 to 17 across Northamptonshire. Depending on the caring situation, Young Carers will be offered different levels of support, including assessment, support planning, access to listening and wellbeing support and wellbeing groups and occasional social activities.
