Living Well Occupational Therapy CIC

Living Well Occupational Therapy CIC provide support to adults living with chronic illness and long-term health conditions in Northamptonshire. Our support is designed to empower people to live well and thrive beyond their condition, and to take control of their own health and wellbeing.Our groups provide access to health and wellbeing information, advice and advocacy, and signposting to other specialist services. We also provide a range of practical and creative activities recognised as being positive for wellbeing and resilience.
