Description
Living Well Occupational Therapy CIC offer support to adults living with chronic illness and long-term health conditions in Northamptonshire. Our support is designed to empower people to live well and thrive beyond their condition and everything associated with it, and to take control of their own health and wellbeing.All of our groups provide social opportunities, access to health and wellbeing information, advice and advocacy, and signposting to other specialist services. We also provide a range of practical and creative activities recognised as being positive for wellbeing and resilience.Our regular groups can be found at the locations below, all operate on a donation basis, with no set fee to attend:
Community Living Room: 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month at Abington Community Library, Lindsay Avenue, Northampton NN3 2TL, 2pm–4pm
Wellbeing Group: 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month at Eden Close Community Hub, Lakeview Northampton NN3 6NS, 2pm–4pm
Cognition Cafe: 1st and 3rd Friday mornings of each month at Parsons Meade Community Hub, West Hunsbury. Northampton NN4 9PS, 10am–12pm
Happy Cafe: 2nd Friday of each month at Abington Community Library, Lindsay Avenue, Northampton NN3 2TL, 10am-12pm
