C2C Social Action is based in Northampton but covers Northamptonshire and Milton Keynes. C2C supports anyone at any stage of the criminal justice system by inspiring and motivating change, through 1-1 and group support through various projects including our women's centres in Northampton, Kettering and MK and our allotment garden in Northampton.
