Following the May half term, we will be inviting parents and carers to share their views on the Inclusion and Intervention Support Team (IIST) service. This is an important opportunity to tell us what has worked well, what could have been done differently, and how useful you have found the support offered.
The feedback will inform a review of the IIST service since its launch in September 2025 and will help us understand overall customer satisfaction. Your experiences will play a key role in shaping future improvements, ensuring the service continues to meet the needs of children, young people and families.
