Three Reformer studios launch at West Northamptonshire leisure centres

New Reformer studios launched at Lings Forum Leisure Centre, Moulton Leisure Centre and Daventry Leisure Centre on Monday, June 22.
All three centres are run by award-winning operator Everyone Active on behalf of West Northamptonshire Council (WNC).
One of the fastest-growing fitness trends, Reformer is performed on a specialist machine with adjustable resistance and a moving platform, providing a versatile workout that can be tailored for individual fitness levels.
Popular for its ability to strengthen the core, improve flexibility and assist with rehabilitation, the exercise is suitable for people of all ages and abilities.
Reformer is part of Everyone Active’s commitment to provide innovative fitness offerings for local communities and will form part of an extensive group exercise programme at centres in West Northamptonshire.
