Northamptonshire County Council On-Street Parking Places Notice Of Variation (No.2) 2023
Notice Is hereby given that West Northamptonshire Council, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 46A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and regulation 25 of the Local Authorities Traffic Orders (England) Regulations 1996 and all other enabling powers is to revise the charges for on-street parking places in Northampton as listed in the schedule below.
This notice will vary the parking charges detailed in Schedule 2 appended to ‘The Northamptonshire County Council (Various Roads, Northampton) (Waiting and Loading Restrictions an On Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2018’.
This variation notice is due to come into operation (i.e. the new charges) on 14 April 2023.
