Card charges
We have become aware that some credit card companies might be incorrectly applying additional charges for payments made to local authorities. These additional charges should only be imposed if you are paying a fine or penalty charge notice.
If you make a credit card payment for any of our services that does not constitute a fine or penalty charge, and subsequently identify additional charges or interest being applied, we would encourage you to challenge this with your credit card provider.
