Ways to pay your account in Daventry

Credit and debit card payments

You can now pay your bill over the telephone using your credit or debit card 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please telephone 01327 302303, if you wish to use this method of payment. You will need to have your Invoice Number, 8 digits starting with 7, the amount you wish to pay and your credit/debit card details with you when you make the call. 

Standing order

If you are a regular client or hold a payment arrangement, have you considered paying by standing order? For more details, contact us on 0300 126 7000

Telephone banking

You can pay by phoning your own bank and quoting our National Westminster Bank plc. account number 06544053 and the sort code number 52-30-21. Please also quote your invoice number (8 digits starting with 7). 

Internet payments

Paying by post

You should make all cheques and postal orders payable to West Northamptonshire Council. You should not make any cheques payable to any individual officer. You should write the invoice number for each bill (this can be found on the back of the bill) you are paying on the back of your cheque. We do not accept post dated cheques. Please do not staple payments to your invoice.

Pay at the Post Office

You can pay this bill at any Post Office. You will need to take your Housing Benefit Overpayment swipe card with you and should make cheques payable to Post Office Ltd. If you do not have a swipe card or lose your existing one, please contact us on 0300 126 7000

Pay at Pay Point and Pay Zone outlets

You can pay this bill at shops that operate these schemes. You will need to take your Housing Benefit Overpayment swipe card with you. Payments can only be made in cash. This information can be provided in different formats/languages upon request; including Braille.
