In the Daventry area these collections are only made during your general waste week (not the recycling week). Place your old electrical items and batteries on top of your general waste bin for collection.
Northampton area
Small electrical or battery-powered items like kettles, toasters and toys that can fit into a standard size carrier bag can be placed on top of (not inside) your recycling bin for collection.
Recycle household batteries by putting them in a small, clear bag and place on top of (not inside) your recycling bin for collection.
South Northamptonshire area
Small electrical or battery-powered items like kettles, toasters and toys that can fit into a standard size carrier bag can be placed on top of (not inside) either your general waste or recycling bin for collection each week.
