Archives Service at Christmas and New Year

Please be advised the last day of opening to the public for research this year is Thursday 18 December 2025. The office will be closing at midday.

The office will re-open to the public on Tuesday 6 January 2026.

Further closures

We will also be closed for our major project week (Tuesday 13 January to Thursday 15 January 2026)
and re-open to the public on Tuesday 20 January 2026.

You may wish to take the opportunity of visiting before we close to take photographs of documents you may like to work on during these periods.
