Share your experience of care and support in West Northamptonshire

We are seeking feedback from care users and carers to shape our future adult social care services.

We would like every person in the county to live in the place they call home, with the people and things that they love around them in the area that they live. We know that everyone’s social care experience is different, and the system can feel complicated.

We would like to find the best ways to do social care by listening to people and putting them first. Social care is a personal, emotional and practical support for people who need it. It works alongside health care and other organisations.

An organisation called Think Local Act Personal (TLAP) is partnering with us l to lead a series of Big Conversations throughout the county where we will be asking people who draw on social care and their carers what they think about social care in their area and what they would like to see in the future.

This survey is one way for you to tell our Adult Social Care Department what you think. We would like to understand your experience of care and support. This survey asks about what matters to you, what is working well, what needs to improve, and what good support should look like in future.

You do not have to answer every question. You can ask someone to help you complete it. It does not ask for your name or other identifying information so everything you share will be anonymous. We would like your honest answers.

If you would like to come and talk to us, please book onto one of our events via our Big Conversations webpage.
