Monthly drop-in sessions
Come and meet our Customer Service Teams who are onsite at various locations across West Northamptonshire on a monthly basis. We will be on hand to advise and guide you through the information you need, alongside other key council services and partner agencies.
No appointment required, just turn up between the times listed under each venue.
The 29 January and 26 February sessions will now take place at Jubilee House, postcode NN7 3RN.
Customer services and housing officers will be based in the centre of Brackley Library on the last Friday of every month from 10am to midday.

The Thursday afternoon Bugbrooke Community Living Room sessions will take place at Jubilee House throughout January.
Jubilee House location
Jubilee House is at the end of Meadway in Bugbrooke, postcode NN7 3RN.
Please use the sliding door from the car park to enter the room we use, rather than the main entrance.
The sessions on 29 January 2026 and 26 February 2026 will be at the usual time: 2pm to 3:30pm.
