Description

Northampton Drop-Ins help young people (aged 8 to 25) and their parents or carers. They're run by the REACH Collaborative.

These sessions are for anyone who needs support with their mental health or is going through a hard time. They offer a safe and friendly place to talk and be listened to.

Each drop-in has trained mental health workers who can give one-to-one help, peer support, and fun wellbeing activities. You can also get support by phone. Visitors are welcome to share what they need and how the team can help. Parents and carers can get advice and information too.

You don’t need an appointment - just come during opening hours.
