Plasterboard disposal

We have plasterboard recycling facilities at all of our household waste recycling centres, except Farthinghoe.

Please ensure any plasterboard you wish to recycle is:

• stripped of any contaminating material such as wood, tiles and bricks
• removed from bags and wrappers

If plasterboard is not completely free of contaminating material we may refuse to take it.

We can accept:

• plasterboard with wallpaper or paint
• plasterboard with foil backing

We can't accept plasterboard if the following is attached:

• tiles
• bricks and breeze blocks
• batting and fixings
