West Northamptonshire Draft Housing Strategy Consultation
We are consulting on the new draft West Northamptonshire Council (WNC) Housing Strategy and are looking for views from all stakeholders. The draft WNC Housing Strategy will replace the existing 2022 to 2026 Housing Strategy.
Our priorities
Our draft Housing Strategy will focus on four themes:
- Delivering the Homes Our Communities Need
- Becoming a High Performing Landlord
- Supporting Independent Living and Thriving Communities
- Strengthening the Private Rented Sector

The consultation will last 6 weeks and residents can take part in the following ways:

The Survey takes 10 minutes to complete and goes live on 19 October 2026 and ends at Midnight on the 29 November 2026.
