A parking permit is issued for the bridal car for ceremonies only. Car parking for guests is available at the nearby St Johns multi-storey car park.
Ceremony room details
Our nearby ceremony room in the Guildhall can accommodate seating for up to 35 guests, plus 11 standing guests. Children are included in the guest number headcount. The Photographer/videographer are not included in the headcount.
Our music player has USB (for memory sticks only, formatted as FAT32), AUX input option using our provided 5 metre-long 3.5mm jack-to-jack cable, iPhone docking station for iPhone 5 models upwards and Bluetooth.
If you are bringing your own music on a USB or on a mobile device, please ensure you designate a guest to operate this. We only supply 4 basic classical music tracks should you not bring your own music. The tracks are as follows:
- Track 1 - Guests assembling – Pachelbel – Canon In D
- Track 2 - Bride/partner 1 entrance – Handel – The arrival of the Queen of Sheba
- Track 3 - Signing schedule – Vivaldi – The Four Seasons : Spring Allegro
- Track 4 - Exit of bride/Partner 1 – Handel – Hornpipe from Water music
