Skills Bootcamps - Digital and Technology

This hybrid programme is designed specifically for freelancers and small business owners who want to learn the essential AI skills and tools needed to automate business admin and speed up daily workflows, freeing up more time to focus on clients.

The programme also includes business mentoring to support you with marketing and branding, managing your finances, and growing your business.

Duration

The course will take 10 weeks to complete.

Upon completion

After the 10-week training programme, you will also receive support from a mentor for a further six months.

Build the practical skills needed to start a career in cyber security through hands-on labs, simulated cyber incidents and employer-informed projects. 

Over 8–12 weeks, you’ll learn about cyber threats, risk management, network security, incident response and security compliance, preparing you for entry-level roles. 

On completion, you’ll receive career support for up to six months, helping you explore employment opportunities or progress into an apprenticeship to develop your skills further. You’ll also be offered an interview with an employer.

Develop the practical, job-ready skills to start a career in data, with no previous experience required. 

Over 8–12 weeks, you’ll gain hands-on experience using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Azure and R Studio to work with data, create reports and support business decisions. 

You’ll also strengthen your communication, problem-solving and collaborative working skills, preparing you for entry-level opportunities in data analysis, reporting and insights support. You’ll also be offered an interview with an employer.

Gain the practical skills and knowledge to begin a career in IT, with no previous experience required. 

Over 8–12 weeks, you’ll work through official CompTIA A+ and Microsoft 365 courses, using dedicated online labs to build your technical knowledge and prepare for industry-recognised certifications. 

Alongside your technical training, you’ll develop communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills, helping you prepare for entry-level IT support and technician roles. You’ll also be offered an interview with an employer.

This fully funded Level 3 Skills Bootcamp in AI & Automation Technician is designed for adults with little or no previous technology experience. Delivered remotely over 8-12 weeks, the programme covers topics including artificial intelligence, automation, data analysis, Power BI, Tableau and Python, helping learners develop practical, in-demand digital skills.

Participants will benefit from career support, a guaranteed interview with an employer, and a recognised Level 3 qualification, providing a strong foundation for roles in AI, data, digital operations and process improvement.

Open to adults aged 19+ who live in West Northamptonshire and meet eligibility criteria.
