Monthly drop-in sessions
Come and meet our Customer Service Teams who are on-site at various locations across West Northamptonshire on a monthly basis. Our teams will be on hand to give advice and help you find the information you need, alongside other council services and partner organisations.
No appointment is needed, just turn up during the times listed for each venue.

Customer services and housing officers will be based in the centre of Brackley Library on the last Thursday of every month from 10am to midday.

The Thursday afternoon Bugbrooke Community Living Room sessions will take place at Jubilee House throughout February.

Jubilee House is at the end of Meadway in Bugbrooke, postcode NN7 3RN.
Please use the sliding door from the car park to enter the room we use, rather than the main entrance.
The session on 26 February 2026 will be at the usual time: 2pm to 3:30pm.
