If you are unhappy with the support your child is receiving

If you have concerns about the support your child is getting, speak to their school, college, early years setting or education provider first. They should discuss your concerns with you and explain what support is in place.

You can also contact the SEND Information, Advice and Support Service (SEND IASS) for impartial advice and support.

If you're still not satisfied after speaking with the setting, you can follow its complaints procedure.
