PWC Building Control Ltd Cancellation Notices
We are receiving a high volume of calls/emails regarding cancellation notices that have been issued by PWC Building Control Ltd. We are currently in the process of sending letters by post/email to the person named on the cancellation notice which is either agent, builder or client with the action required.
It will take some weeks for all the letters to be sent. Unless it is absolutely necessary, please do not contact us as we have limited resource to respond to all telephone enquiries/emails regarding this.

Plans, drawings and material submitted to us are protected by the Copyright Act (Section 47, 1988 Act). You may only download or print material for consultation purposes. Further copies must not be made without the prior permission of the copyright owner (the applicant/ agent/ architect). You may, however, make copies of decision notices and reports provided the copies are not altered in any way.
You cannot make copies of any Ordnance Survey (OS) online plans to submit with your application. To do so would breach our OS licence. For OS maps see the Ordnance Survey shop.
