Developer Contribution Supplementary Planning Documents (SPDs) and Guidance
The Council has adopted a West Northamptonshire Infrastructure and Developer Contributions Supplementary Planning Document (SPD). This replaces three separate developer contributions SPDs for Daventry, Northampton and South Northamptonshire.
The West Northamptonshire Joint Core Strategy and area Local Plans for areas within West Northamptonshire also contain policies related to planning obligations and infrastructure.
Creating Sustainable Communities: Planning Obligations Framework and Guidance document was published in January 2015 by the former Northamptonshire County Council. It provides guidelines for infrastructure provision across all of Northamptonshire.
