Update on application processing times
We are currently experiencing a high volume of requests, which is causing longer processing times than usual. At present, we are processing applications submitted from 3 March.
If you submitted your application after this date, there is no need to contact us and we will be in touch with you in due course.
If you are an owner or a tenant, you can tell us that you have:
- moved in
- moved out
- or have moved from one address to another within the council's area
