Scheduled monuments

Scheduling is the selection of nationally important archaeological sites. Archaeology is all around us and scheduled sites form a carefully chosen sample of archaeological sites which are closely managed directly by Historic England.

West Northamptonshire Council has 102 scheduled monuments within its boundary. To find out which archaeological monuments are scheduled visit the Historic England search list.
