Strength and balance classes
Get Up and Go strength and balance classes are based on the OTAGO exercise program, which is proven to:

Reduce falls and injury due to falls

Improve strength and balance

Improve ability to complete everyday tasks

Increase stamina

Improve mood, confidence and independence
They are also a great way to meet new friends!
The classes are delivered by qualified Otago Exercise trained instructors, and are based in local community venues.
