Free advice service providing information and advice on benefits, debt, housing, family, immigration, health, work and consumer issues for trading standards, but this list is not exhaustive. They are the UK’s largest advice provider.

Mondays and Wednesdays, 9am to 4pm and Fridays, 9am to 12:30pm

Supporting benefit claimants into work by providing guidance, action plans, training referrals and monitoring commitments, balancing encouragement with ensuring compliance.

Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10am to midday

Specialist legal advice service providing free, confidential and independent legal advice, casework and court/tribunal representation on debt, welfare benefits, energy/fuel poverty, immigration and housing (eviction/repossession).

Tuesdays, midday to 4pm

Assisting asylum seekers, refugees, and victims of modern-day slavery in the UK to go through the immigration process. They assist with acquiring E-Visas which is fundamental for their journey in the UK.

They run a helpline outside of their face-to-face appointments also. They are one of the Home Office’s key contractors.

Helping vulnerable migrants transition from physical immigration documents (like BRPs) to the new digital eVisa system, offering face-to-face and remote support to set up UKVI accounts and manage their online immigration status.

Tuesdays, 9am to 5pm

Everyone has the right to live their lives free from harm and abuse. The team are committed to saving, reclaiming and improving the lives of individuals and families that are affected by domestic abuse.

The Northampton Domestic Abuse service work intensively with their clients both in refuge and in the wider community to ensure they have all the practical and emotional support required, to move forward with their lives.

Tuesday, 9am to midday

A service run by West Northamptonshire Council. This is an appointment only service to help support people with smoking cessation, you can find out more information via our free stop smoking service page.

Last Friday of every month, midday to 2pm

Help people save, borrow and learn more about managing their money.

They are a not‑for‑profit co‑operative organisation and their purpose is to provide a reliable, supportive service for their members. Offering a range of benefits, including access to financial education and money‑management tools.

The aim is to help you build long‑term financial wellbeing. This includes giving people a safe place to save and an affordable way to borrow if they need to.
