Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ)

The SDQ is used to measure a child's pro-social behaviour, emotional symptoms, conduct problems, hyperactivity and peer difficulties. The questionnaire should be completed prior to the PEP to inform interventions, discussions and targets.
