Organisation structure and senior salaries
The Local Government Transparency Code 2014, published by the Department for Communities and Local Government, sets out what information local authorities must publish about their organisation structure, senior employees and senior salaries.
In compliance with the code West Northamptonshire Council has published its organisation structure and annual remuneration data for the top three management tiers. It is a snapshot of the senior leadership team as of 1 April 2026.
In accordance with the Localism Act, West Northamptonshire Council also publishes its annual Pay Policy Statement with regards to the Council’s approach to setting the pay of its employees.
This includes the Transparency code requirement to publish its most recent data on pay multiples and senior management salaries including:
- The remuneration of its Chief Officers.
- The remuneration of its lowest-paid employees.
- The relationship between the renumeration of its Chief Officers and the remainder of its employees.
Organisation and salary information is published annually, as required by the Code, and the next full update will be due in May or June 2027.
