Safeguarding

We have a statutory duty to promote the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults living in our community, through Safeguarding procedures.

We have staff responsible for managing safeguarding referrals from other council run services and work in partnership with Northamptonshire Police and local health services.

We take allegations of abuse and exploitation very seriously.
